There are three, and none of them cost anything. You’re Planted the moment you join. Two stays in a year — or six nights across two — and you’re Rooted: 10% off the lowest available rate, a welcome amenity, and the little unannounced things. Ten stays at any {verdigreen} house and you’re Cultivated: 25% off, a personalized welcome gift, a tree planted in your name, and a letter from your innkeeper.
what counts toward a tier?
Stays booked direct — on our sites, by phone, or in the Journey app — at any of the twelve houses, counted once you check out. A stay is one reservation, however many nights. Your progress lives in your membership, so you can always see how close the next tier is.
what is journey?
Journey is the alliance of independent hotels that powers Common Ground. Joining unlocks Journey Ambassador status — the member treatment you get with us, honored at 2,000+ independent hotels & residences worldwide.
how do points work?
Every dollar you spend with us earns three points — the room, dinner, the coffee bar. Points post within 24 hours of checkout, never expire with account activity every 24 months, and can be spent at any {verdigreen} house or any participating Journey property.
